The CPI interfaces are monitored 24x7 and faults are corrected promptly depending on the selected service level (9-5-5, 7-7-5, 7-7-7 or 24-7). By using self-developed monitoring components, we extend the monitoring capabilities of the CPI with important functions such as long-term history, multi-channel alerting or performance monitoring.
